ROOMS
Couple and group rooms
Private single rooms, couple rooms for two side by side, and rooms joined by sliding doors that open up for three, four or a small group travelling together.
Room types
Single room
A private room for one. Doors, not curtains. Choose this if you are travelling alone or you would simply rather not share the space.
Couple room
Two mats or beds in one private room so two people are treated at the same time, side by side, by two therapists. The standard booking for couples, and equally common for a parent and an adult child, or two friends.
Connected rooms for three or more
Several rooms are joined by sliding doors. Opened up, they take three, four or more guests together — the practical option for families, a group of friends on a Busan trip, or colleagues after a conference at BEXCO.
Group availability depends on the night. For three or more, message us on WhatsApp before you set out and we will confirm what we can hold.
Do we have to book the same course?
No. One of you can take a 90-minute Thai course while the other takes 60 minutes of aroma oil. The shorter course simply finishes first; there is tea and a lounge to wait in.
Can we mix Thai and aroma in one room?
Yes. The only practical difference is that the aroma guest will want a shower afterwards.
Is it quiet?
Rooms are private, lighting is low and music is kept soft. If you want conversation with each other, that is fine. If you want silence, tell the desk and we will keep talking to a minimum.
Children
Massage for minors is only accepted with a parent or guardian present. Please ask at the desk before booking.

Booking a room for two or more
Message us on WhatsApp
Tell us how many people, roughly what time, and which courses. An hour of notice is usually enough; on Friday and Saturday nights, more is better.
We confirm the room
We reply with what is available at that time and hold it for you. If your first choice of time is full we will offer the nearest slot.
Arrive together
Come up to the second floor by lift. Check in at the desk, lock your belongings in individual lockers, and take the foot bath and tea before you start.
Finish and shower
Shower rooms are separated for men and women. Tea again in the lounge while you wait for each other.
Hygiene
Every guest is set up from scratch. This is what that means in practice.
- Fresh linen, towels and Thai clothing for each guest, changed after every treatment.
- Laundry washed at high temperature and fully dried before it returns to the rooms.
- Treatment rooms wiped down and ventilated between guests.
- Therapists wash and sanitise their hands before and after every session.
- Oil and lotion dispensed per guest. No open container is shared between rooms.
- Showers, lockers and slippers cleaned and disinfected daily.
- Shared floors, door handles and the waiting area disinfected on a regular schedule.
If anything in the room does not look right to you, tell the front desk and we will reset it before we start.
Before you book
Massage is not suitable for everyone on every day. Please tell us at check-in if any of the following apply, so the therapist can adjust the pressure, skip an area, or recommend a different course.
- Pregnancy. Tell us before booking. We avoid abdominal work, deep pressure and certain essential oils, and we do not recommend treatment during the first trimester.
- Recent surgery, fractures or acute injury. Please wait until your doctor clears you.
- Open wounds, skin infections or contagious skin conditions.
- Fever, flu or any acute illness.
- Alcohol. We cannot treat guests who are visibly intoxicated. Massage after drinking raises the risk of dizziness and nausea.
- Uncontrolled high blood pressure, heart disease, or a history of thrombosis, DVT or severe varicose veins.
- Osteoporosis, herniated disc, or spinal conditions. Stretching and deep pressure will be reduced or skipped.
- Diabetes with reduced sensation, or any condition affecting how you feel pressure.
- Cancer treatment, past or present. Please consult your doctor first.
- Allergies to nuts or essential oils. Relevant for aroma courses, which use a plant oil base.
Massage here is for relaxation and comfort, not medical treatment. If you are unsure whether it is safe for you, ask your doctor before booking.
Questions guests ask
Do you have a couple room for massage in Haeundae?
Yes. Palm Thai Massage has private couple rooms where two guests are treated at the same time by two therapists, plus rooms joined by sliding doors for groups of three or more.
Is there an extra charge for a couple room?
No. Each guest pays for their own course and there is no separate room fee.
Can we book different courses in the same room?
Yes. You can mix Thai and aroma courses and different lengths. The shorter course finishes first and there is a lounge with tea to wait in.
Can four people be massaged together?
Often yes, using connected rooms. Message us on WhatsApp in advance so we can confirm availability for that time.
Can children have a massage here?
Only with a parent or guardian present. Please ask at the desk before booking.
